The information which we collect and hold about you may include name, contact details, age, current visa details, use of our services, information needed for immigration assistance, quotation or service fee, and details of consultation.

We will collect personal information from you whenever you interact with us via email, video calls or any other electronic medium or when you input such information into the website.

Generally, it is not possible to identify users from our use of cookies. 8. Overseas transfer
Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
9. GDPR
In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. Our website does not specifically target customers located in the European Union and we do not monitor the behaviour of individuals in the European Union, and accordingly the GDPR does not apply.
