#1: For Graduate steams, applicants must graduate from the relevant state that you are seeking state nomination.
#2: Nomination places are limited, particularly in NSW and Victoria,, and as such state nomination selection process
is highly competitive and invitation is not guaranteed.
#3: Most states select nomination based on a set of ranking factors. Ranking factors (varies between states) include: age, English language level, years of experience in your nominated occupation, education level, occupation skill level, partner’s skill (if applicable), and salary, etc.

Full-time employment in your nominated occupation for at least 2 years out of the last 5 years
